Questions? Answers.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! We offer Gentle Flow classes specifically designed for beginners. Our instructors provide modifications for all skill levels, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. We provide complimentary mats for first-time students, but you’re welcome to bring your own. We recommend bringing a water bottle and a small towel.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Not at all! Yoga is about meeting your body where it is. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a prerequisite. Our instructors specialize in helping students of all flexibility levels feel comfortable and supported.

How early should I arrive for my first class?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may not be admitted to preserve the class’s flow and mindfulness.

What are your COVID-19 safety protocols?

We prioritize your health with enhanced cleaning protocols, limited class sizes, HEPA air filtration, and optional mask areas. Our studio is sanitized between each class, and we offer both in-studio and online class options.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class without penalty. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will result in a class credit being deducted from your package.

Do you offer private or small group classes?

es! We offer personalized private sessions and small group classes. These can be tailored to specific goals like prenatal yoga, stress management, or advanced practice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer monthly membership options with automatic billing for convenience.

I'm pregnant. Are there specific classes for me?

We offer specialized Prenatal Yoga classes designed specifically for expectant mothers. Our instructors are certified in prenatal yoga and can provide safe, nurturing guidance throughout your pregnancy.

How often should I practice yoga?

We recommend 2-3 classes per week for optimal benefits. However, any practice is beneficial. We offer flexible membership options to support your personal wellness journey, from once-a-week to unlimited classes.
